Having graduated from University High School, Chris Gramm is a McLean County native. He received his BA from ISU and MA from the U of I before attending law school at Northern Illinois University. Before opening a general law practice in Bloomington, he was formerly with the McLean County State's Attorney's Office where he prosecuted misdemeanors, DUI and traffic cases. Chris is fluent in Japanese.
